A new recipe of our shop already winning the preferences of many of our customers. Sliced almonds mixed with honey form a flat layer which is then put shortly into the oven.
Galactoboureko
We prepare it with fresh custard cream and pour syrup on it immediately after it is taken out of the oven. We serve it at noon and it is sold within minutes.
Ergolave
Traditional greek recipe specially prepared for marriages in Agiasos. They are made of marzipan dough which is kneaded in sliced almonds and baked.
